The Centre for Community Impact CIC will be a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping social-purpose organisations understand, demonstrate, and grow their impact. Our work will be built around the Community Impact Tool, a structured model for evaluating impact across three tiers:

 

Tier 1: The impact of services on individual users

Tier 2: The impact of individuals on their peers

Tier 3: The wider impact of peer groups on their communities and local environments

 

At launch, we will offer free toolkits, training, and support for organisations working in: Age-related social care; Advice and advocacy; Residential youth services; Community-based youth services; Domestic violence; and Youth violence prevention.

 

All resources will be freely available, with structured training and learning networks available for organisations seeking to embed these tools in practice.
